Patent war between Apple and several Android phone manufacturers heats up. As reported previously, Motorola sued Apple for patent infringement.
Rather than stand on the lawsuit, Motorola behind it challenging to sue Apple.
Motorola Claims was filed in Federal Court Florida, United States, Wednesday (25/01/2012). Motorola filed a lawsuit against Apple related six patents, including the use of wireless antennas, software, data filtering features, and a message.
Motorola claims the iPhone product and cloud computing services from Apple has been cheating iCloud Motorola technology.
Until now, Apple spokeswoman declined to comment on this Motorola claims.
Earlier, in October 2010, Apple filed suit on some smartphones Motorola product, called Apple has violated three patents multi-touch, or how to navigate with a finger on the screen, such as tapping, sliding, and pinching.
Beginning last January, the U.S. International Trade Commission or the International Trade Commission (ITC) has issued the initial ruling that Motorola does not violate Apple's patents. Motorola has not been able to feel relieved because the decision has not been finally determined.
